The key element to the approach is Restructuring Alliance’s knowledge and experience in court guided and clearly regulated company reorganization proceedings used in Germany. Such procedures aim at the sale of a business undergoing restructuring and provide for a toolset for customization of the organization structure and cost. 

It is not uncommon that assets can be acquired at a substantial discount and that costs for rationalizing employment can be included in the acquisition from the seller. This has the potential to reduce both the risk and cost of establishing a greenfield plant.
